I was sitting here on the couch, and realized, why not let everyone see some screenshots of what you will be able to do with Yazzem? And so, I created this blog post and uploaded some highly confidential screenshots. (Please remember that these are mockups, and may not look the exact same when we launch.)
This is what a group will look like (you can click the image for full size):

As you can see, there is a 140 character limit. Also, when you update, your message will be displayed in a “timeline” under the textarea, even though this is not shown in the current screenshot.
Then, this is what the process will look like to create a group:

You can easily see that creating groups will literally be as simple as 123.
I’ll have some more screenshots soon, so check back later.

Yazzem has now taken in the idea of a more social approach, and therefore we have changed the site to fit those needs (launch date still to be planned).
The Redesign
As the redesign is still sort of a beta look, it will allow us to offer a new kind of interface and service to the world. It will make it easier to create and join groups, compared to the last design. And for you Twitter fanatics out there, you will definitely like it.
The New Perspective
It was realized that not many people would actually know what to do with the old Yazzem, “Create Your Own Microblogging Group”…what in the world does that mean? So, it was decided to offer a new way of explaining things, in a way people are familiar with, social networking…but in a whole new way!

Wow! Yazzem has been coming along so great. Like with adding Dustin Snider to the team, and the extensive growth in traffic over the last few weeks. I listed the updates below:
First off, I would like to inform everyone, that doesn’t know, is that Yazzem is planned to launch on April 15. Then, you can create your own group for anything.
Secondly, groups are now planned to be ad free. You will not have to pay $4.99/month to hide the ads.
And lastly, the “Terms of Service” and “Privacy Policy” have dramatically changed to fit Yazzem.
Thanks,

I am proud to announce that Dustin Snider has joined the Yazzem team to help develop and design the Yazzem platform. He is 14 years old and is very skilled at what he does with computers and the internet.
I am thrilled to have him on the Yazzem team, for I know he will help it come a long ways!
